Our task was to design and build Quarry Labs end to end — from the interface and the design system through to the front end, so the product holds together as one experience rather than a set of screens.
The product had the right features, but too many steps
The pieces were all there. What was missing was a path through them that did not ask people to work out where to go next.
- Too much to scan — finding the right action took longer than it should.
- The journey was not connected — moving between steps needed to feel continuous.
- Important details were easy to miss — status and next steps needed better visibility.
- Screens drifted apart — the experience needed one consistent system.

We rebuilt the structure around the jobs people actually come to do, then let the design system carry the consistency so every new screen starts closer to finished.
